Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
These terms apply to all orders placed through this website with Denis Eser, Dionysus Tailoring, Karlstr. 12/1, 71154 Nufringen, Germany (“we”).
2. Contract
You configure a shirt, add it to your bag and place the order at checkout. Your order is an offer. The contract is concluded when we confirm the order by email.
3. Made to measure
Every shirt is made to the measurements and options you enter. Please check them before ordering; our measuring guide explains each one. We check measurements before cutting and contact you if something looks inconsistent. Because the shirt is made to your specification, the right of withdrawal does not apply (see Cancellation Policy).
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in euro: The Workday EUR 60, The Sunday Best EUR 85, The Gala EUR 115 per shirt. We are a small business pursuant to § 19 (1) UStG; no VAT is charged or shown. Shipping costs are shown before you order. Payment methods: see Payment Methods.
5. Delivery
Shirts are made after your order. Production and delivery take about 4 to 5 weeks; this is an estimate, not a guaranteed date. We ship with DHL within Germany (see Shipping). If a fabric is out of stock, we contact you before cutting.
6. Warranty
The statutory warranty applies.
7. Retention of title
The shirt remains our property until paid in full.
8. Dispute resolution
We are not willing and not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
9. Law
German law applies. For consumers, the mandatory consumer protection rules of their country of residence remain unaffected.
